Composed of a majority of Viognier grapes
and a touch of Clairette.
Tasting: a very aromatic dry white wine that is generous and long lasting in the mouth.
It’s nose is of violet and apricot.
Best served as an aperitif, with vegetable pies,
grilled fish or Roquefort cheese.
